Donations and Automatic Delivery

All donations made on InfernalBattle.com are voluntary and are rewarded with automatic delivery of in-game items or bonuses to your character. Once a donation has been successfully completed, the corresponding resources or bonuses will be automatically credited to your game account.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you do not receive the bonus automatically, a refund may be issued to the payment details used for the original transaction. To request a refund, you must contact the project administration. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.

How to Request a Refund

If the bonus was not credited to your account, please contact the server administrator via Telegram: @adm_infernal.

Please provide the details of your payment, and we will review and process your refund request.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are only available if the purchased bonus was not automatically credited to your account. If the bonus has been successfully delivered, no refund will be issued.

Liability

The website administration is not responsible for technical issues that may affect the delivery process. However, we guarantee that all problems will be addressed within a reasonable time, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Definitions and Acceptance of This Policy

• Communicating with users for feedback, technical support, notifications, and other important Service-related messages;

• Receiving, processing, and verifying payments;

• Providing technical support;

• Informing users about future events, updates, and other activities related to the Service.

User Data Collected and Processed by the Service

The data collected and processed may include, but is not limited to:

• Name and nickname (character name);

• User identifier (login or user ID);

• Email address;

• Payment information and related details.

Additional Data Collected and Processed by the Service

In order to provide high-quality services, the Service may collect and process additional non-personal information, including:

• Unique device identifiers (HWID) and software parameters;

• Operating system version, device type, and hardware identifiers;

• Time zone information;

• Information regarding user activity within the Service and the Game, including game logs, achievements, play time, last login time, login records, and similar information.

The Service may also collect information regarding the IP address and geographical location of the device used to access the Service in order to provide region-specific services and information.

Data Retention

User data is retained for the duration during which the related game services are provided, including the longest applicable retention period necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Service.

Use, Disclosure, and Transfer of Data

The Service may combine and use collected information together with other data, including the additional information described above, for the purpose of operating, managing, and improving the Game.

User data may also be disclosed in the following circumstances:

• To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including investigations related to payment fraud or other unlawful activities;

• Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the rights or legitimate interests of the Service have been violated.

Responsibilities of the Parties

Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. In the event of inaccuracies, users should promptly correct such information, including by contacting technical support.

The Service Administration reserves the right to retain information necessary for legal compliance, security, and the effective operation of the Service and the Game, even after such information has been deleted or modified by the user.

This Agreement governs the relationship between the user and the owner of the InfernalBattle.com portal.

Main Provisions

Terms

• Operator — the owner of InfernalBattle.com.

• User — a person using the portal.

• Portal — the resources available on InfernalBattle.com.

• Services — the functionality of the portal, including additional paid services.

Acceptance of the Agreement

• The User accepts the terms of this Agreement by registering on the portal.

• If the User does not agree with the terms, they must cease using the website.

Rights and Obligations

The User is obliged to:

• Provide accurate information;

• Not violate the rights of other users;

• Not use the portal for commercial purposes.

The Operator has the right to:

• Modify the functionality of the portal;

• Restrict access to the portal;

• Delete user accounts in case of violation of the Agreement.

Additional Paid Services

• Are optional for using the portal;

• Are provided after full payment has been received;

• Are non-refundable.

Privacy

• The User's personal data will not be transferred to third parties without consent, except in cases required by law.

Limitations

• The Operator is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or the actions of third parties.

• Services are provided "as is", without any warranties.

Other Conditions

• The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before using the portal.

• All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Operator's country.

Проблема заключается в программе GeForce Experience.

Решение простое: отключите внутриигровой оверлей и оверлей в Discord.

Ниже приведен пошаговый гайд по отключению:

1. Откройте приложение GeForce Experience и кликните на значок "Настройки" в верхнем правом углу.
   

1. Перейдите на вкладку "Общие" и отключите внутриигровое наложение, как показано на скриншоте ниже.
   

Это все! После отключения внутриигрового наложения в приложении GeForce Experience, также не забудьте отключить оверлей в Discord.

Часто администраторы серверов вносят изменения в "стандартные" файлы клиента, которые, после установки нашего патча, остаются без изменений (остаются от предыдущего сервера). Это может привести к неправильному отображению предметов и вещей, а также к появлению критических ошибок (CritError). 

Поэтому на серверах с дополнениями (предпочтительно, и на классических серверах) рекомендуется устанавливать патч на чистый клиент.
